A 24-hour notice is required for any rescheduled appointments. Any sessions cancelled or missed with less than 24 hours of notice will be forfeited.

Sessions can only be rescheduled two times, after which the session will be forfeited.

All sessions must be completed within 6-months of purchase, after which sessions will be forfeited.

Exceptions will be considered for extenuating circumstances.
