Welcome to Dr. ShivAsana Retreats LLC. By accessing, booking, or purchasing any of our services, retreats, or programs, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Services

Dr. ShivAsana Retreats LLC provides retreat experiences, coaching, wellness services, and related offerings. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Payments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot for any retreat or event.
  
  
• Full payment is due by the date specified at checkout or in your booking confirmation.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

4. SMS & Email Communications

By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive appointment reminders, retreat updates, and promotional communications from us.

• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.
  
  
• You may unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link provided in each message.
  
  

5. Health & Personal Responsibility

• Retreat activities may include physical movement, outdoor excursions, or breathwork practices. Participation is voluntary, and by attending, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and safety.
  
  
• Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you have medical conditions, injuries, or concerns.
  
  
• Dr. ShivAsana Retreats LLC and its facilitators are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during retreats or related activities.
  
  

6. Code of Conduct

We are committed to creating safe, inclusive, and supportive environments. By attending our retreats, you agree to:

• Treat all participants, staff, and facilitators with respect.
  
  
• Refrain from disruptive, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.
  
  
• Honor the retreat guidelines shared by facilitators.
  
  

Violation of these standards may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

7. Intellectual Property
